study very good learning tool

  very good learning tool

I've been using this suite of software for about a year and I can't get over how cheap and useful it is.

It features 5 standalone applications.

  • A learn to read and write hiragana application.

  • A learn to read and write katakana application

  • A learn to read and write the 1945 jouyou kanji application.

  • A powerful, huge almost TOO DETAILED dictionary - finds words Japanese people don't even know !

  • A very useful flashcards memorization application - allows exporting of looked up words from the dictionary.
  • All for a meager 60 bucks you get everything you would ever need for studying Japanese. The site has lots of downloadable word files for the flashcards if you cant be bothered making your own from the dictionary application.

I would heavily, heavily recommend. They do heaps of other languages as well. I just need to save up for my pocket PC now and get the mobile version for studying on the train...
